The main role is to enter the correct information into the system by including GramaNiladhari number and division according to the application form, place of birth and birth district according to the birth certificate, citizenship certificate or birth certificate number, birth division, country of birth, address, and telephone number; and the data recorded in this way will be translated into Sinhala and Tamil languages under the tri-language policy and will be adjusted according to correct spelling.
