The key role is coordination between officers of the regional offices and departmental officers, and this branch strives to provide a more efficient and closer service to the public by performing tasks such as organizing training programmes required by the officers of regional offices, monitoring and reviewing the progress of regional offices, checking the infrastructure facilities of regional offices and related issues, taking necessary steps regarding transfers and grievances of officers in the regional offices, etc.
